Can I change my e-mail?

Yes, when you login on our service page you can change your email. An email will be sent to the new address to confirm the change.


Where can I change my account login password?

You can change your password on the "edit profile" page.


Can I update my root password from the service page as well?

No it is not possible to set your root password from the service page. It is however possible to reset your root password. A new password will be assigned to your server when you do this.


I did not receive my root password. Is there a problem?

No, there isn’t. For security reasons, we don’t send root passwords via email. You can view your root password on your secure login page.


Can I delete my account?

If you need to disable your account, you can do this by logging into our cloud console. If you need any further assistance, contact our account management team at am@vpsserver.com.


How long will it take to set up my account?

It’ll take you a matter of minutes. Simply, register with your email, choose a password and your account is ready to use.


Is there a minimum contract period?

No, there isn’t. You can terminate services at any time – not forgetting to pay outstanding charges in full.
