Uploading a VPS backup? Can I add memory quickly?

I have a backup of my old VPS and I want it on my new VPS, is there an option to upload a snapshot or something?

Oh and can I add memory quickly? If I purchase a $12 server, can I add 100GB extra storage after?

    It is not possible to upload a snapshot or backup, we will have this available in the future. You can simply resize your to increase your memory. This also counts for storage.
