Can't connect to server through SSH anymore?

Hi! I bought a server a couple of days ago and it worked just fine. Today I wake up and in my ftp client and Putty I got kicked out of the servers. Whenever I try connecting to them again it tells me that the server is offline, but on the website it says it's up. I restarted it and still cannot connect to it. Please help!
