HOW TO CHANGE KEYBOARD LAYOUT

Hello,

I am having a trouble with the keyboard layout of the VPSServer console screen. I am phsically using Turkish-Q keyboard layout and It oblviously is that the console has a complete different layout(Most likely English-Q).

Is it possible to change this?
